You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Orders & Payments
All purchases are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. Aarcheve.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, images, and website content are the property of Aarcheve.com and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aarcheve.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Products marked as “Returnable” may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and warranty cards must be intact.
- Return must be initiated within the return window.
Products marked as “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned except in case of damage or defect.
2. Return Reasons Eligible for Free Pickup
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size delivered
- Product damaged or defective
- Incomplete or missing parts
3. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available only if mentioned on the product page and is subject to stock availability.
- Only one exchange allowed per order.
- If replacement cost is higher, customer pays the difference.
- If replacement cost is lower, difference will be refunded.
4. Smartphones & Electronic Devices
Manufacturing Defects: Handled directly by the brand’s authorized service center under warranty.
Dead on Arrival (DOA):
- DOA certificate from authorized service center required.
- Uncut unboxing video mandatory.
- Replacement only (No refund).
Physical Damage on Delivery:
- Clear unboxing video required.
- Replacement only.
Smartphones are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
Refund will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- UPI / Card / Net Banking: 3–7 Business Days
- Cash on Delivery: 3–7 Business Days after bank details confirmation
- Store Credit: Within 2 Business Days
6. Instant Refund (If Applicable)
For eligible COD orders, refund may be initiated within 4 hours of pickup confirmation, subject to successful quality check and system availability.
7. General Conditions
- Returned product serial/IMEI number must match original records.
- No return without invoice.
- Electronic devices must be factory reset before return.
- Products already exchanged cannot be returned again.
